I'm not prejudiced, I just know that Chavez Jr is protected by a corrupt sanctioning body and he's considered a national treasure. The WBC would never allow this fight to be cancelled because Chavez Jr didn't make weight, use your brain for a second, they're gonna say he made 167 regardless. It's logical that a mexican or mexican-american doctor would be easier to bribe in this situation.

And yeah I'm racist, that's why I'm rooting for the other guy who's also hispanic.

        I called it : http://theboxingtribune.com/2012/09/...semide-doctor/

Dr. Salazar is Chavez Jr’s personal physician and a member of the Culiacán Boxing Commission, but more problematic is the fact that he also works as chief physician for Chavez Jr.’s new promotional company, Chavez Jr. Promotions.

Salazar is also the doctor under whose supervision the fighter tested positive for the banned substance, Furosemide, in 2009. At the time, Dr. Salazar insisted that the ingestion of the diuretic/masking agent was an “accident.”

“My job, as a doctor, is to protect him” Salazar told the Mexican media. “Maybe he ingested that substance by mistake.”
ElMeroChingon you can go suck a fat one.

The 24/7 for this fight is the writing on the wall. Chavez Jr. is not dedicated to reign long term as a champion. Martinez is super motivated and will win this fight dominantly. If Jr. thinks he can just overpower Serg and walk him down while eating shots without taking damage he is sadly sadly mistaken. Serg by KO.

I said it over a year ago: JCC JR does not need a real training camp to Sergio Martinez. A guy who does not even keep his hands up is easy work.

Mark my words. This will be an incredibly easy fight.

After I am proven right, I will NOT be bumping anybody's posts because I am too lazy.

And what if you are proven wrong (which is going to be right) then what are you going to say? Chavez Jr is going to get pummeled and then Bob Arum will throw him to the media wolves while poppa Sr will tell his son to retire.

So chavez weight 167 on saturday, 7days before the fight. I just read an article on yahoo where roach was saying on monday that he was weighing 172. Is that even allowed? To go back up in weight? Either way theres a real lack of discipline if you're struggling to make the checkpoint weights.
