Only Martinez can answer that question. I think he could make 154. Anyway, thats the only weight a Mayweather vs. Martinez fight would make sense. Floyd is a small 154er.
just because a figther says he can make a weight, doesn't mean he won't be weight drained.
of course martinez say he can make 154 for a mayweather fight. everybody wants to fight floyd.
