...Vitali was a bust??? Wlad is still in the game right? Maybe in Bizzaro world your right. The bottom line is that foreign Heavyweights are taking over and there isn't **** anyone can do about it. I root for guys from the USA first if they are worth a ****(ie:Holy,Foreman, Mesi, etc. etc.) but if the foreign heavies are throwing out the best talent and they also happen to be pretty good human beings then **** it. The mecca of boxing is no longer ruling the heavies and the Euro/foreign takeover is here.

Ahead on one card, but trailing by two on the remaining cards former WBA heavyweight champion John Ruiz needed a 10-8 round in the twelfth to retain his title via a draw. "The Quietman" ended up losing the twelfth on two cards while the third read 10-10, thus crowning Nicolay Valuev. Derek Milham of Australia scored it 116-114 for Valuev, Hector Hernandez of Mexico scored it 116-113 for Valuev and Francisco Martinez of New Zealand scored it 114-114

What is your citizenship my friend?

My best friend was born in the Ukraine but he moved here to the States whne he was 7. He and his family became citizens 5 years later. As far as I'm concerned he's an American of Russian descent. And a great guy.

The heavyweight division has bored me for a long time now. After watching the likes of Ali, forman, frazier, Norton, Shavers, Holmes and then later Tyson, Holyfield, forman part 2, Bowe, lewis, it's hard to get excited about the collection of dogs posing as heavyweight boxers today.

granted, hes not the best fighter, but he works with what hes got and it made him a champ.

how dare you compare the fighters of old with a bum like ruiz.

im sure joe louis, rocky marciano, and jack dempsey are spinning in their graves to hear such a comparison.

the fighters of old fought to survive. fighters today fight for money and nothing else. old schoolers would fight sometimes more than once a month. we'll be lucky if we get some fighters who fight more than twice a year.

comparing fighters of old with john the bum ruiz is sickening.

An American that is a Ukrainian of a Russian descent?

Sorry man that doesnt make any sense what so ever.

I think you mean to say that he is an American of a Ukranian descent.

Stop putting all Slavs in the same bucket. Russians are not Ukranians...Stop being so ****ing ignorant.
