He didnt expect Brewster to come out there, swinging for the fences, and he got caught, simple as that. Better than taking a fight-long beating. I felt bad that Golota was robbed against 2 of the worst HW champs, probably, ever. Although they were robberies, they were still "L"'s, and I havent seen him win in a long time, to deserve a title shot. I'm gonna go on a limb and take a guess, you're a big Golota fan?

You are isolated from reality not to realize Golota took a dive.

Actually, had I been drunk that night, I could maybe take your accusation into consideration. I was not, because I think it was the only fight of the night, and obviously it didnt last long. Please, elaborate on your accusation, wasnt Golota fighting for Brewster's title in his "adopted hometown"? Why in the **** would he want to take a dive, while riding a losing streak(undeserved, or not)? Also, if he did take a dive, he owes me some points, as I bet on him to beat Brewster.

Why dont you ask Andrew Golota or Don King and his business partners those questions. Like I said before I'm not a mind reader.

Did Golata also take a dive against Lewis, or is it that he just can't take pressure in the first round? I saw the fight sober, he did not take a dive, and I can't believe no one has disputed this yet, though it might just be because they didn't read the entire thread. Golota is, what, 70 years old? In the words of Manny Steward, "The man is finished!"

This is actually a smart move by King. Valuev doesn't appear to be a pressure fighter, so he can't knock Golota out in round one, aka Golota's signature. So now Golota at least has a chance to beat him (though I doubt he will), and then bring the belts back to a fighter from the early 90s era that non boxing people know. "Oh, the Golota fight is this Saturday? I'll order that." Non boxing fans still think Golota is in the mix, and have never heard of top p4p guys like Winky or Floyd.

Very smart move by King to make himself more money, awful for boxing and the HW division.

                  No.

But its a proven fact that he was injected with lidocaine into the bloodstream just prior to the bout.

But to make a statement like "Golota took a dive against Brewster", you must have a reason/logic for making that accusation.

So finish this sentence for me: "Golota took a dive against Brewster because ___________"

It should be obvious enough for anybody not isolated from reality to realize.
