It really depends on how Broner would be able to handle 140, he is pretty big so he probably can but that is an unknown still.

If Broner can handle the weight he could give him a lot of problem though, but it is possible he could get broken down by Matthysse.

Matthysse at the moment deserves to be the favorite mainly because the wieghtclass but aside from that it would be a tough fight to call.
