    Myths about boxing in 2012

It never takes long for the myths to begin. Fan boys start spamming nonsense until people start beliving it.

The best one so far in 2012 is....

"Floyd vs Cotto was a close fight "

I've seen the cotto boys spamming this one.

If you classify being hopelessly outclassed for 10 of the 12 rounds as close then yeah, I guess.

What other myths are being perpetrated?

Just thought of another one, perpetrated by the hayeters.

"Chisora had three straight losses "

    Literally and figuratively a lie.

Cotto vs Mayweather wast close in the sense of points.

It was close in the sense that many rounds were closely won by Floyd.....
Maybe thats too deep for some fans...But your viewpoint is still fine with me.

                Uhh 2012...hmmmm

1.Weights make no difference if its a pound or two.

2.All fighters are clean so better testing is not needed.

3.Amir Khan is the next big thing and (Pac lovers) were backing him to beat Floyd...lol

                4.Cant prove Margarito cheated...so he didnt...lol

                5.Pac beat Marquez.

Yeah Cotto was hopelessly outclassed in 10 of 12? 8 rounds to 4 isn't super close, but it isn't a wipeout either. Cotto was competitve with the best in the world. Did he almost win? NO.
