Co-sign. Would seem good for hand eye coordination. Obviously depending on the level of skill he's facing as well. I wouldn't laugh at someone training like this either. Different strokes for different folks.

LOL, yes that makes perfect sense. He gets destroyed by Little brother, knockouts out a guy with a 15-3 record who lost badly to Big brother and now gets a title shot against Big brother? Haye is a C+ fighter, he is maybe a step below Adamek, maybe in the same class as Seth Mitchell. He wants money, I don't blame him, but take a number and get in line.
