Who said we needed an American HW to save boxing?

I think it's safe to say Gennady Golovkin it's the savior of boxing and he's bringing it back. There's absolutely no doubt GGG is the best thing that has happened to boxing since Muhammad Ali. Who would've thought that a Kazakhstani MW (or is it Kazakhstanian? Garcia's dad probably knows) and not just Kazakhstani but THE best MW would be the one to save our dying sport that we love so much? Hell, he's so good he beats anyone in 3 divisions without even facing them (154, 160 and 168).

Why stop there. He makes Ali look like Johnny Ruiz.

I agree GGG is incredible. I never seen anything like this before in boxing. I mean he makes Sugar Ray Robinson look like a fat Ricky Hatton.

Johnny Ruiz? Heck no, how about John Duddy? Ruiz at least had some decent fights/wins.

And Puerto Ricans combined together! Good thinking. I definitely like it.

Talented but lets not get over ourselves it was nothing short of expected, at least I predicted a one sided beatdown & K.O within 6.

Proksa is a guy whose record is filled with 99% of bums & I am talking 2/3/4 fight novices. Reality is Proksa is tough but he isn't very good & for me he really isn't no better than the likes of Macklin/Murray/Barker.

Golovkin is getting way too hyped for my liking.

so from this thread I gather that boxing is a dying sport, and GGG is better then all Puerto Ricans and Cuban fighters, and Someone changing his avy to GGG which might be in black and white by suggestion.

Yup I learned alot from this thread, Thanks for this great contribution thread to boxing.

Wow you're good. So can you predict for us who would win between Golovkin and Ali? Golovkin with one arm tied to his back just to make the fight more fair.

And those guys on Proksa's resume are not bums. He just made them look that way. Proksa is a future MW champ, future HOF and future ATG.
