    Doesn't stop Lampley from sucking Pacquiao's ****.

It's a little more complicated than that.

even the HBO announcers like Max Kellerman seem to have clear bias towards American fighters only

in Max's case particularly southpaws from inner city slums like Zab Judah....

to be fair, why would it be wrong of HBO to root for americans.....i've seen broadcasts by UK, Mexico, Philippines, Australia.... and HBO is far less biased by nationality.......they're incredibly biased for whoever they're hyping....but it's not a nationality thing most of the time.

Bottomline is HBO is an american network..American bias would be understandable...but I'd say their #1 bias is to who they think will make them money(even if they're totally wrong.....)

HBO rarely ever showcases young exciting foreign fighters, instead we've been fed slop fights like the majority of Andre Berto, Jermaine Taylor, and Chad Dawson's opposition.

when Pirog dismantled hbo golden child Danny Jacobs he was banned from the network

when Rios brutalized Cheaterson's brother, he was sent as a refugee to Showtime

why did HBO execs say Wladimir & Vitali wouldn't be showcased on their network because viewers couldn't tell them apart?

Why did Cotto/Margarito get denied a 24/7 for their first fight because they had poor english speaking skills?

            #pleaserespond

U have a lot of facts wrong.
Rios was not bannished to showtime, and jermain taylor fought weak opposition?? Really? Just plain wrong. 247 was a very new concept, there was the hbo countdown show for cotto vs margarito though. But they were not denied. Lol

The only thing that we can agree on is HBO is not putting on the best fights and they let al haymon control waaaayyyy to much.

If HBO wants to stay in the game they have NO CHOICE but to showcase foreign fighters and fights overseas now.

America is no longer the be all and end all of boxing.

The Klitschko Brothers have an iron grip on the Heavyweight Championship Of The World, and put on masterclasses in front of 60,000 fans in Germany or all over Europe.

Manny Pacquiao is the world's most loved fighter.

Miguel Cotto is a PPV star.

Up and comers from the four corners of the earth are coming through

America did not win a single medal at the 2012 olympics.

HBO has NO CHOICE, this isn't the 1960's, other nations are catching up at a very fast pace.

                The Tyson's, the Ali's, The Leonard's, The Roy Jones's

                They have left the building.

They have been replaced by Andre Ward, Tim Bradley, Chad Dawson, Adrien Broner.

These guys do not set pulses racing.

Eh, most of HBO fights are made up of foreign fighters. Cotto and Pac for example have been on HBO for years. Now if you're talking about having more euro fighters on HBO then yeah, we need more of those. There's not a lot of impressive euro fighters out there though.

Yea, I see what you mean. There is no history between Mexican and Rican fighters.
