The undercard, including the co-feature was weak, the Turning Stone Events Arena was empty, but Golovkin definitely made a great 1st impression here in the USA and on HBO.

This guy is a bad ass. I can't wait to see him fight again. Guy is packing some serious power and knows how to place his shots beautifully. He says he'll fight anyone from 154-168. How can you not respect that?

Proksa has moxy. I like his style. Anyone else would have got on there bike. Instead Super G just tries to fight harder. Impressive.

Golovkin looked awesome in there and I seriously think he could beat anyone in 3 divisions. This guy is not joking
But no one in the upper echelon wants to fight him...

just watched the fight and i'm really impressed with his performance...golovkin has some damn good power that i think he can carry well into 168. I just hope he continues to get better fights and more exposure.

The way Golovkin took big shots from Prokza makes you think his defense sucks but It seems that he just doesn't need defense.
Kellerman didn't even mention Martinez nor Chavez to Golovkin. I think that after Martinez - Chavez numbers they might be planning a trilogy or something.
I can see Golovkin - Geale happening in the nearly future and then fighting the winner of Martinez - Chavez for the absolute unificated MW belt. Finally this year MW turn out to be the most exciting division in this sport.
