Pacquiao already knew Cotto wasn't going to fight him at 150 so why bother at this point Pacquiao needs Cotto more than Cotto needs Pacquiao if he wanted the money that bad fight him at the full 154 limit this is the second time Cotto turned down Pacquiao good job

Good for Cotto, his career is in good shape and if he beats Trout which I think he should (but is not a walk in the park) he will be perfect position for a big fight, with either a certain Mexican redhead or a certain guy whom he gave a tough fight both of which are probably worth more than a Manny fight (especially if you add in what gets made from the Trout fight).

Wise career move, unless he loses to Trout.

a catchweight of 153. which was an obvious comprise, which pac's team didn't, and a catchweight that shouldn't have meant **** for a career welterweight like margarito.
