    If this is true, it will DESTROY anyone who has ever said Pac has agreed to testing. Nobody will have a leg to stand on as Pac has declined to back his word vs Clottey, Margarito, Mosley, JMM, and Bradley. Now possibly refusing with Cotto, not to mention Mayweather.

      I just want to say that cotto is a class act.I am certaintly happy to know that cotto is his owm own man.Well as a pacman fan,im going to be the first to keep it real.Pacmans status has fell off drastically,pacman is no more.I dont even think I want to see him fight anymore.Get money TMT!
