I didn't see Martinez "demanding" to fight Mayweather at 150 at all. I'm sure he'll do it regardless though, people do things to get a shot at Floyd.

I never saw the negotiation deals for Pac-Martinez. I don't imagine a WW should be fighting a MW regardless, but if they had surely a catch weight would accommodate right? I have no problem with Floyd requesting a CW to fight Martinez, as he is also a WW who would be fighting a MW. But for some reason when you sniffers hear the word catch weight, you guys start to shudder.

You sniffers need to understand that CWs aren't all that bad. You don't have to defend Floyd if he wants a CW with Martinez at 150.

In fact Ward-Dawson would have potentially been a better fight had it been at a 170 CW like Dawson had requested.

actually floyd didn't even say up 150 so the catchweight could convincingly mean 155-159

Because Martinez is a MW and Floyd and Pac are WW's? 147-160 is a huge gap. Mayweather and Pac suggested a CW for Martinez, so it's obvious if they ever fought him then that's what they'd prefer.
