It wasn't about Floyd being too big, it was about Marquez being too big, moving up and fighting as a weight he's never been at before. His style is for a small frame, ideally he belongs at JWW. The fact that you won't even admit that Marquez would trouble Floyd at 140 is sad.

nothing sad about it. I just think the style match up would kill marquez at any weight. Not to mention its the same marquez who went bac up to that weight two years later and spanked the supposed #1 or #2 fighter in the world. I never said he wouldnt or couldnt trouble floyd, but beat him? i just dont see it.

At '40, Marquez would have got it worse. That was Mayweather's best weight class and he was in his prime, then. At no stage of Marquez' career would he have been able to be competitive with Mayweather at '40. '35 would have been more even... and entertaining, pure boxing on display.

Floyd vs marquez at 140? I hope you mean the floyd of 2009, and not when floyd fought at that weight back in 2004 and 2005---coz if you do, you're ***ing up---floyd would have killed jmm at 140, the 2004 and 2005 version of fmjr.

You mean right now or Prime for prime?

Because Prime Mayweather would've did JMM a lot worse at 140 pounds.
