Martinez will win this one, no doubt in my mind. Few days ago I said it would be 50/50, but after seeing some footage from Chavez Jr, I'm not convinced anymore that he is a threat for Martinez.

Martinez is one or two classes higher than him, he has much more speed and his volume punching can tire fighters down, especially a bigger fighter who has often problems making weight. Once the first rounds are over and Martinez wears Chavez down, he will do some hurting with his precision punching and even thought he hasn't got the power of Chavez, he can hurt you big time (last 4 fights a stoppage).

It will be a very entertaining and interesting fight, really looking forward to this one!

yeah, Chavez jr. is starting to get on my nerves with his talking..at this point in his career he should STFU. What is he like 60-0 and really hasnt fought anyone? I would have some more respect for him if he just let Martinez talk and then beat him..Right now he is talking more than he should..cuz if he loses he's gonna look like an a**

I dont see anyone being scared of anyone. I think Chavez will fight anyone. The problem is again Arum. He decides who he wants to put in with him at the end of the day. martinez is talking a lot because he needs to sell himself and is trying to get in Jcc's head. I dont like that character but it sells. I see Jcc using his boxing skills (like he did vs Manfredo) and winning a close fight.

Lol I'm sorry, but wtf was I when Chavez jr destroyed golovkin and sturm??? Oh right, he DIDNT, so how the **** are all these ****riders coming to the conclusion that he's to be a p4p great?? Mexican or not, jr is garbage and never has had the fire required to be a top boxer and I'm supposed to believe he will magically and rapidly defeat one of the best in the game simply because of who his dad is? Damn, some of u boxing "fans" are so ****ing ****** and easily deceived/convinced. Barring any foul play, Martinez will lay down the hammer of Thor left hook from hell upon chumpez's ' privileged chin and I will savor every shot until I collect my bet money big enough to pay my tuition. Man I really ****ing hope sergio is the underdog, I will instantly place money in Vegas..... This fight is a true boxing fans dream, a killer vs a chihuahua with the taco bell king being favored. Lets just hope jr makes weight

No, "we" didn't say it along, you did, and that's a big difference.

By "we" he means people who actually know boxing.

"boxing skills"?... What "boxing skills"? Chavez is an amateur compared to Martinez. He quite literally doesn't have hope in hell.
