Martinez showed he was in another class. Chavez showed he was tough.

Funny how the announcers kept calling it an unification. It was an unification of two WBC titles. Martinez's and the one the WBC gave to Chavez Jr.

Hope the PPV Numbers was good for this fight...it was worth it, even though it was a one sides fight most of the night but the late Rally made it a great fight

Chavez fought exactly as I thought he would for in 11...and gave his fans enough flicker to probably support his B fighters PPV career for a little longer.

And maybe Sergio will cash in on him again if he can pull that off.

Had he thown punches he would of won but he just decided for some reason to hide in his shell

Chavez is lucky Martinez is too much of a warrior to hold otherwise he wouldn't be able to walk away from this fight with that strong final round.

No rematch needed, Martinez schooled him.

Chavez has no footwork, otherwise he could have won that fight. He walks (slowly) in a straight line. Did not look like the younger man in there.

Well done to Sergio, at 37 he's an inspiration.

Kellerman said in the postfight interview "everybody wants to see a rematch"! LOL
apart from the last round it was TOTALLY one sided. no need for a rematch. are you kidding me ???
