If youre not calling for Ward-Martinez then I dont want to hear Floyd-Martinez. Where are the posters calling for Pac-Martinez"? Keep it 100.
Martinez is willing to drain himself for Pacquiao or Floyd. Dawson is willing to drain himself for Ward. Meanwhile Ward is willing to comfortably sit at 168 and let the lambs come to him like he's somebody... Dude can't even sell out Oakland... At least if Martinez drains himself and looks like **** vs either Pacquiao or Floyd he will still get a fat ass paycheck. What does he get from Ward less than a mil? No thanks.

Nothing about tonight ruined a potential Mayweather-Martinez fight.

      Save the excuses
Bob Arum will announce the rematch....shortly. You can mark that shyt down.

He can say whatever he wants, but at his age the body just doesn't respond like it used to. it would still be alright but I don't really like seeing Floyd at 154 because he doesn't belong there and Martinez coming down doesn't belong there either. I would rather watch 2 excellent fighters fighting at their best against solid opposition than watch those two excellent fighters fight each other in a fight where both guys aren't at their best.

It wouldn't be terrible but just not my cup of tea.

Martinez floated like a butterfly and stung like a bee. Im very proud of his performance tonight. Chavez got a moral victory in the 12th like Henry Cooper got one on Ali.

I stopped right there then why do posters want to see the fight? In your mind does he get credit for beating a drained Martinez?

Mind you Martinez hasnt fought at 154 since 2009.

At least if Martinez drains himself and loses he will still get a fat ass paycheck and call it quits if he wants. What does he get from fighting Ward? Less than a mil? No thanks. And I personally think a win over Floyd does more for his legacy than a win over Ward...
