Fighter you hated, that eventually became one of your favorites?

I got quite a few...but Cotto is the 1 that sticks out on my list....I hated that dude a few years ago...today, thats my man...much respect!!

Chavez Jr. - not my favorite, but he grew on me

Tarver - didn't like him after the Jones KO, but he grew on me

Hopkins - cant stand his know-it-all attitude to this day, but I learned to appreciate his ring intelligence

Khan - he's not my favorite, and I really dont even like him now. Reason is, JUST when I start to give him credit, he loses a fight and starts whining. He wont allow himself to be one of my favorite fighters. LOL

Zab, Molsey and Clottey were my dudes when he fought them...Molsey being one of my all-time favs...nothing ever personal against Cotto...just he went to battle with 3 dudes I was rocking with hard....funny thing is, I don't even care for Zab and Clottey no more...I like Cotto WAY more than them...crazy

Carl Froch. I went from nearly hating after the Dirrell fight to him being one of the few fighters I call myself a fan of. He backs up his sh** talk, I can't help but be a fan because of that.

I didn't like Paul Williams all that much around the time of the Margarito fight until the Martinez fight, but came to really appreciate him for his guts and entertainment value.

dam a good part of my inner circle of homies are Ricans so we used to have fun with going back and forth arguing about Tito ...he's another one I used to hate because they used to tease me with the David Reid beating....nothing else!! LOL...so after B.Hop put me back on top of the bragging rights game within my circle of bros from a different mother...I started to like Tito just as they did...he WAS a beast...I can't even front on that!!
