They're in a developing country and they're living next to the largest drug consumer in the world, of course they're going to form drug trafficking organisations and fight over product and smuggling routes. The leaders of your country made drug trafficking the most profitable industry by declaring certain drugs illegal. Drug prohibition created the drug cartels, just like alcohol prohibition created the bootleggers.

Im not American I am from Denmark and if i wanna smoke weed i can just visit christiania a buy whatever kind of hash/skunk/pot/smoking instrument I like as if I was visiting a grocery store.
Denmark is properly the most pro weed country im the world next to Jamaica.

We are the country in the world where most people statistically are most happy (watch the opera show where the visit denmark), we have extremely hi living standards.
We dont have to pay for education,the doctor,hospitals and many other things that are essential to liv.
That makes all people equal on the the basic human level and is a huge part of why crime-rate is soo low.
Another great thing is If for some reason I am no longer abel to work, I can start on a new education with the government paying me almost the same sallery as I got from the job i left through out the whole education, because people should be abel to find the job where the are most happy while not loosing there house or living standard in the process.
There are no people living on the streets unless the chose to.

Not quite, the richest man in Mexico is also the richest man in the world and I bet his house is nicer than anybody's house in Denmark. That's the thing with developing countries, most people are poor but the few who are rich are crazy rich.
