this is true...i think in a few more years i can see canelo facing him...assuming cotto doesn't retire. i can also see canelo vs pac fighting in a few years from now (5 or 6). pac will be retired by then but canelo and his people will most likely bring pac out of retirement with a nice offer.

Probably.......Pac seems like he'll come back again for more money. He's not going anywhere with politics... I hear he does nothing.

yah i bet money problems will bring pac out of retirement. it will be a good mexico vs philippines showdown...a strong superstar champ vs an old faded future hof'er/atg who is looking for one final fight before he calls it quits for good (but in reality everyone will know he is just coming back for money reasons)..sad stuff, but that's how i see it.

If it ever happens.... Pac will lose. He'll be so old, his speed will be gone and he'll look like he's walking in Peanut butter

TS has a great point, there has been a lot of talking among fans and publications about a showdown between Cotto and Alvarez but not a word has been said about it from Team Cotto, Team Canelo or GBP.

I don't think GBP wants to put Alvarez against Cotto yet, though I think it's a 50/50 fight at this stage. Canelo is an underrated fighter.

For those thinking that Canelo will beat Cotto or it is a 50/50 fight, I want it to ask them if Old Mosley, WW Hatton's brother, JWW's Lopez and Gomez and World Champion diver and past his prime WW Cintron are enough preparation for Cotto? Another thing is that if he fights the likes of Lara, Molina, Kirkland, Angulo Vanes, etc.. he will not remain undefeated, Canelo is an unproven fighter way overrated as a now, that could change if he fight those aforementioned and of course he needs to beat them.

Talking about rematches with Mayweather or Pacquiao. Right now everyone is saying he is undeserving because he's coming off a loss, which is valid. A win over Canelo would change that. He'll never draw more than Manny or Floyd, I know that and isn't what I was refering to.
