Alvarado on this one. Rios was good against a few 135 pounders, but caught hell with Abril and he hasn't been impressive at the scales. Alvarado has the size and professionalism to do the job, if he has a drawback it's his age.

His age and he's not hard to hit. Prescott was beating the **** out of him until he got gassed. I think Rios is better than Prescott and he should be better with his new weight.

Should be a good fight, Rios needs to comeback and put his name back on the boxing marquee, he's lost alot of interest from alot of boxing fans since his lack of responsability of making weight and his loss ( in my eyes ) to Abril. Alvarado is a perfect opponent to put him on check....Alvarado will take this one and Rios with a loss should become a bit more responsible.

Mike better not be looking past Rios, or he very may well find himself on the receiving end of a canvas-tasting. Rios can **** with the best of them.

I always thought Rios was gonna fight a softie for his first 140 fight, this just show's he's a fearless warrior. I still think it's too much for him though. Alvarado is a beast, he's 32 but he started boxing when he was 24 years old so in reality he hasnt even reached his prime yet. 147 will bring out the best in Alvarado his body really need's it he's been putting on close to 20 pound's after weigh in's.

Lucas Mathisse will be the undisputed champion given the oportunity. With most belts unify and than move up to 147lbs.
