if you think Ward wouldn't have got disqualified anywhere outside the US for his headbutting against Kessler, I think you're mistaken. But in Oakland he didn't even have a point deducted.

ppl like you blame ward for every single headbutt in that fight but they werent all his fault. there were probably 2, 3 at most which ward could be blamed for. thats one point taken away at most. he wasnt even close to a DQ regardless where the fight was fought.


and to answer the original question sturm is worse. ward is still building his name so they have a base in oakland and are building fans there first before spreading out. if he keeps fighting at home you can say hes worse than strum, but for now it makes sense business wise to fight in oakland. it has nothing to do with getting an advantage like his haters claim its about becoming a star and generating the most money.

sturm on the other hand is staying at home bcuz its safe, hes at a diffrent point in his career. if ward was in sturms position he would go after martinez and all the other top MWs even if it meant traveling like he traveled for his biggest fight to date against froch.

Just because a guy doesn't knock people out, doesn't mean he isn't juicing. If that's how you are determining who you think is juicing and who you think isn't, then you will miss out on a hell of a lot of fighters who are juicing.

Sturm fights nobodies, Ward fights somebody's, and why mention JCC Jr?

You said Sturm doesn't even fight against good competition, and Ward does. According to who? Because the rankings say otherwise. I'm pointing out that his last three fights have been against top 10 fighters. So, Sturm fights nobodies, but the rankings say otherwise......yet ward fights "somebodys" who are you to come to the conclusion that Bika, Abraham and Froch are "better fighters" then Mackin, Murray and Zbik? I'm not saying they are or aren't, but the fact of the matter is all 6 of those guys were top 10-15 guys in their respective weight classes....whether you think so or not. So, again....how can you just insist that Ward fights somebodies, yet Sturm fights nobodies.....because according to their last three fights, that just simply isn't true. And your post is just silly, IMO.

And I mention JCC Jr, because a guy like Sturm gets constantly hated on, yet JCC Jr gets all the praise in the world like his competition is soooooo much better. I was pointing out that JCC jr's competition if anything has been WORSE then Sturms. Billy Lyell, Peter Manfredo Jr and Marco Antonio Rubio? Those are 3 of his past 5 fights, none of those guys are/were ranked. And then one of the last guys he fought who WAS ranked, he got a majority decision and could of very well lost on the cards.......where as to Sturm demolished Zbik and had one of his best performances in years. And that gets ignored.

Yet Sturm sucks and fights nobodies....blah blah blah. It's one thing to be bias for your favorite fighters, but when you make posts like the few you made.......and facts go AGAINST your claims. The post just look silly, IMO. (no hate)

Yeah, Dlhs plan backfired on him. Still Dlh was not even a true jmw. Sturm was too big for Dlh. Sturm didn't fight Pavlik or fellow German Abraham. Get this Dlh bull**** outta here.

So what if he was too big, Obviously DLH didn't think so when he took the fight. Give credit where credit is due. And I am not saying he wasn't too big and I'm not saying he fought AA or Pavlik.......but that dude said something about Sturm not fighting in America. All I said was he did, against an ATG.....won and got robbed. Why go back after that?
