Most of the experts and all of the odds makers would have had Mayweather as the favorite, and that goes for then, now and in the future. lmao
Yep. This is an easy fight for Floyd. But he won't take it. I wonder why. He's a businessman, but he just won't take it. Maybe he saw something in Paq that we earhtlings don't see. For $200 million Floyd won't take an easy fight. YOu gotta be so ****** not to wonder.

If you take all that in to consideration the difference would not be that big and Cotto woud get everything against Canelo from size of the ring to fighting at home in MSG. Also even if Cotto doesnt fight Canelo and fights Bundrage or Bradley the Pacquiao fight will always be there since outside of Mayweather, Cotto brings the most money for Pacquiao.
Cotto will fight Bundrage, I'm willing to bet on that.

I don't think that Top Rank was using it as a means to go head to head against a Cotto event but just to match Manny Pacquiao against him as a potential opponent; Since he is a much bigger draw than either Bradley or Marquez, for that tentatively scheduled Nov 10 event. Additionally, I believe that if it was left up to Cotto, he would be more than happy to oblige Pacquiao and even fighting him at a catch weight, in exchange for a much larger payday. He'll probably make at least a third of that amount of money fighting Saul Alvarez as opposed to fighting Manny Pacquiao. It's just my opinion.
