Mitchell showed his chin was kind of iffy in his last fight. He also showed heart, so it was hard for me to judge. Now I know he doesn't have the greatest chin and of course his skills are lacking. He's still good for an ex football player.

Same. He may not seem to be the greatest fighter, but i'll follow him because of his class, and his determination.

The myth isn't that they aren't good, it's that they develop a sparring partner mentality, meaning surviving the rounds, and not doing too much to get kicked out of camp.

Some fighters fall into that trap.'

Banks didn't tonight. Cracked the hype job good. Banks is usually a pretty lazy fighter overall.

Great moment for Banks. I'm still not completely sure if Mitchell has a bad chin, it could be that he's just getting caught cold.

I was at the DC Boxing Gym,Cam Newton was boxing just for fun a few months ago, he never even threw a punch prior to the sparring. I saw him knocking out guys who been sparring for years.

                Is there video of it?

It's his defense. He leaves himself open to counterpunches sometimes and he isn't patient enough with his attacks.
