  • Cotto made very clear mistakes in the early rounds and was hurt n out on his feet but like I said the mistakes were clear its not like a rematch where u have to ask urself what could he possibly do to win unless youre an ignorant pac fan.

Pac was pressing bradley. He was stalking him all fight, thats still pressing the action making bradley move, making him throw something to keep pac off, making him WORK. It's just that bradley has very good upper body movement and was moving constantly so pac could not tee off. And Bradley had the stamina to keep this up for 12 rounds.

Cotto does not have as good a defense as Tim and he doesn't have the stamina that tim has. Pac is a bad style match up for cotto.

What mistakes did cotto make in the first fight? He was jabbing and boxing well in the first two rounds when pac was feeling him out. When Pac turned up the heat cotto could not deal with it. Pac was also countering cotto's jab. Cotto was ****ed either way.

Cotto was very comfortable in the ring with mayweather because he was able to fight at a slow pace. He was not being blitzed by combinations. Speaking of combinations what happened when floyd threw combos? Yup cotto was eating them like M&M's. His defense was still **** when floyd opened up. he was lucky floyd is not a high output type of fighter.

God people here really don't know **** when watching fights. The pac-Bradley fight was fought at a high pace, back and forth fight. Cotto can't handle that kind of pace. Cotto does not fight as well fighting on his backfoot he is more effective going forward.
Bro, I couldnt agree more. People here are incredibly bad at analyzing styles. As the old mantra goes: Styles Make Fights! Manny is just too fast, too strong, and too relentless for Cotto. Personally I believe Cotto makes it to the final bell in a rematch because he will fight more cautiously but don't think for a second that he would win. Manny sparks him out ten times out of ten!

You just cant see the results of weight draining , his arms and legs are still there so its gotta be the real Cotto , WTF is wrong with you guys Manny refuses to face Cotto without draining him , you think its for no reason lol , and you talk about analyzing styles , what style is good when you feel like a bag of crap that cant get out of your own way , your logic is screwed , its so face value , if the CW dont matter Manny can fight him at 154 , why do you think he wont ?

He tried walking him down and he tried ****ing with him, in the end he folded. He should have boxed Pacquiao on the back foot.

Cotto was absolutely demolished in the last fight. Is your memory that bad? The weight will only keep Cotto from busting up as badly as he did previously. I think Cotto hears the final bell in a rematch but there is no way he would win. Styles make fights more so than catchweights. I believe the weight makes a difference but not much. Manny is not even a welterweight, that is why he doesn't want to go up to 154. Manny fighting at 154 is like Floyd fighting at 160, way above their respective ideal weight classes.

Manny is just too fast and too strong for Cotto. And he has better stamina.

                    • cotto gets destroyed again by pacquiao... any time, any weight, any trainer cotto uses...

                      a pre-pacquiao margarito would've destroyed cotto again...
