I love the Pacman. No boxer has surprised and thrilled me more in the last 25 years. He’s a freak, a diamond and a star. Tough as nails, quick as hell, a real one off.

But, he’s done.

We saw Manny’s last fight on 13th November 2010 against Antonio Margarito. On that day, Manny retired.

His subsequent fights were simply not him. Clearly uninterested these days, his thirst for prizefighting has been quenched by his thirst for spiritual devotion. He doesn’t like to – and seemingly is no longer willing to - hurt people.

I’m sure the Mayweather fight WILL happen, but don’t expect much of a contest, it’ll go the way we all honestly believe, Floyd will dominate, Manny will barely be interested. Cheque please, bye, bye.

Personally i’d like to thank Manny Pacquiao for giving me some of the most exciting moments in boxing, for showing the world what is possible LEGALLY, and for being as brave-a-son-of-a-***** as I’ve ever seen.

But in truth, Manny retired almost 2 years ago, he just didn’t make it official.

I also think the Margarito fight was crucial...while Manny may not have retired.....I think that fight took a lot out of him....a fighter's prime can go in a single night, perhaps it happened here.

Regardless, Pacquiao brought me back to boxing after being away for years. He deserves all the respect.

To be honest its just his stamina that is going, and that was his best attribute to be honest (combined with his speed and power made him deadly)

He cant fight 3 minutes of every single round anymore

styles make fights and he has been facing boxers who move since the margo fight..ill give you Mosley cause he simply didnt wanna fight...but there is no excuse for his performances against jmm and bradley where he looked far from impressive

jmm didn't do anything on that fight though, he just wait and didn't push the action... he is the challenger, he should act like one... plus see his face post fight as well as compubox numbers... the decision doesn't lie... it shouldn't be a majority D, it should be a unanimous D...

for bradley, everyone saw what happened... except maybe for the folks who watched the fight with no sound and using 3D glasses...

That's why Pac/May should no longer happen. It has lost its luster. Ducks should not be rewarded hundreds of millions of dollars for this fight. It's insulting. It should have happened years ago. Pacman should retire after the Bradley rematch. Forget about Mayweather.

The f l o mos should be celebrating in jubilation. Fight didn't happen. Never seen a whole entire group of fans supportive of roadblocks. It doesn't matter whether the fight happens or not. They should be partying like crazy now. They got what they wanted. Fight didn't happen.

Manny's diehard fanbase don't want to see manny lose, but especially to floyd, someone they can't stand because of the way he acts outside the ring and because he doesn't treat manny like he's special.

Fellas, its ok. You can still worship manny if he loses.
