1. First of all, thanks for the kind words and for sharing your obvious wisdom; you are indeed a gentleman and a scholar!
2. If there is such a thing as an ancestry to begin with, it stands to reason that there are ancestries of every ethnic origin, including hispanic.
3. Not only do I know that "hispanic" is not a race, I never said it was. By that same token, I know that - among other things - it is also a culture, which I never said it wasn't.
