    Poulard turns down Froch Challange

It was rumored that he might be a possibility to fight Carl Froch, the IBF super middleweight champ. I asked Poulard's promoter, Eye of the Tiger, about Poulard-Froch. "We will refuse the Carl Froch offer because it is impossible for Nicholson to make 168 pounds," a spokesman said. "We will continue the negociations with Shumenov for a WBA title shot at 175 pounds."

yeah but who wants to see a boring, 12 round, ugly mess of a fight where Froch inevitably wins 10 of the 12 rounds but looks like **** doing it.

Froch was supposed to announce his opponent as of now.

Over here it was believed that Kessler was to fight Magee next. Now it seems as if Magee is taking on Andre Dirrell. Pavlik is not in the run for a Kessler fight as he will not travel the Atlantic allegedly.

I am speculating whether it ends up with a Kessler-Froch rematch already as I struggle to find other opponents worthwhile?

I can't see any reason for that fight not to happen

Although I did hear a rumour Frank Warren is trying to make Kessler-Cleverly, but that was just whispers on the wind, so might be complete bollocks

If it's been put off then perhaps it was supposed to be Poulard
