    it's a shame, too. he was never going to be ray leonard, but i thought he'd be a useful name at 154 for years. it never really panned out.

                    Golden Boy has tried to put him in high profile fights against tough opponents (Angulo, Molina, Canelo) and also put him in with easier opponents as he tried to rebuild after prison.

                    I don't know what else Kirkland wants from them.

                      In Kirkland's defense, last time I heard this was when Gamboa was trying to get out of his contract and was successful.

                      It will be funny if 50 got this lawyer snooping around fighters' contracts to find loopholes out of it so he can get him to his stable.
