          Boxing has it's peaks and valleys. They said the division was dead in the 1910's then Dempsey came along, they said it was dead in the 30's then Louis came along, it was dead again in the 60's then Ali came along, it was dead again after Ali then Tysonm hit the scene....just a matter of time before someone exciting and polarizing grabs the reigns again.

            Personally I think the UFC popularity over boxing would absoloutley nose-dive
            My take on the whole thing is boxing could be much more exciting and popular if it was run like the UFC. In the UFC no one can duck no one. All the greatest fights are made. In boxing, there are too many great fights that are not made. Boxing could be so much better with the fighters we have right now.
