I guess we'll have to wait & see. His comeback weight well what is in rumour is 147, a weight he frankly never looked very good at, add hes coming off a seriously brutal K.O loss and the inactivity. If hes to comeback he needs a tune up.

He fights Cotto at 150/154 he gets brutally knocked out again in a mere round.

Tbh I think a more realistic option would be to take a tune up then fight Junior Witter for the British.

I think Cotto would take it if it was offered though because it's worth $$$ to him at at this stage that's what he's fighting for and he would be very confident of victory..
