Berto should challenge Bradley for the WBO strap,who takes it?

I'd favor Berto to win. Pound for pound Bradley is the better fighter but I don't see him beating full sized welterweights who are capable of boxing.

Berto does not have boxing ability..He is a fighter who relies on his talent above all else....

I think we get Bradley boxing early, and then the last 7-8 rounds with the two dudes in the pocket working, with Bradley occasionally backing up to reset.

Bradley outboxes him, and uses movement/core rotation to nullify Berto's attack, much the way he did, with limited success, against Pac

I do think berto would bully bradley.. It'd be an underserved fight and win for berto IMO because I don't think he deserves the fight.. but it's one that's very winnable for him based on styles. It'd get him right back where he wants to be.
