Yes, Broner does mean 147, he also called out Rios for 140. He's dead serious.

But I think Broner should snatch a title from one of those weak titlists of 135, then go up to 140. I think he can beat Guerrero right now, but it's better to go for the whole "titles in different weight classes" kind of legacy.

Broner seems to be rushing his own development, he probably thinks he's a complete fighter. I think he should go to 135, do his best to clean it out, then go to 140 and do the same. He could spend 2013 fighting the top guys @135, then 2014, he could go to 140.

Dude is only 23, he has so much time left in his career, he needs to pace himself.
