@10-1 underdog, Would you bet on Lopez to beat Canelo?

I'm one few who's falling into "I think he's gotta better chance than we think" group.

I know the size difference is gonna be about 10-15 lbs on fight night, but Canelo's work rate really bothered me against Gomez(I thought he should've finished him in the 2nd), don't know how good Canelo's chin is because he covers up really well.

This Lopez kid has a very high work rate, which could cause Canelo problem problem if he decides to fight in his usual Peek-a-boo style, especially since Lopez loves going to the body.

I think imma put some money down on this fight.

This is one of those fights where an upset is nearly unimaginable. Canelo's size alone will be deciding factor.

No, Lopez can only win via KO since we all know that the scorecards are always going to favor Canelo, and I don't think Lopez can KO Alvarez, especially with the huge weight difference we're going to see on fight night.

I know, but look at the Odds.

If I have other bets on and I want to round the figure up I may lay a few quid on him and hope for a miracle, otherwise no.

I legitimately do not give him any hope in this one what so ever & don't be surprised if he is outweighed on fight night by 15-20lbs

            Canelo comes in around 170

I've never noticed Canelo's fight night weight, but I didn't expect him to be at 170, that's bigger difference than I expected.

He has a chance, however small it may be. Canelo is still questionable in numerous areas. It's just that most people believe that he'll be able to smash Lopez before he gets a chance to expose some of his flaws. We will see how bad the weight will affect Lopez.

Other than WBC and Televisa (the largest TV network in Latin America) protecting him? In Mexico Televisa has invested millions of dollars in promoting this kid to make him a superstar, even though he hasn't done anything yet to prove he's that good.

Televisa is not going to allow his multi million investment Canelo to lose against some unknown LWW called Josesito Lopez.

just a thought. ortiz is a HUGE welter. he comes into fight night anywhere from 164-170. it wont be a huge difference from lopez last fight tbh. i think in this fight at the very least we will find out how canelo handles himself when a guy eats his best shots and smiles at him. either canelo ud or lopez tko 8-12
