I have to say I hadn't watch the fight before reading this article. So after reading the article and a few of the comments on here, I thought I would see if I could find the fight on the web. The only link I could find was the BBC one, so I signed into HideMyAss.com and checked it out.

I started watching the fight, and paused it after the first round, just to check if I was watching the same fight. From what I had read by Jake Donovan "Cammarelle was only up 6-5 after one round, despite nearly knocking out Joshua and having him in trouble throughout the round" LMAO what, thats just total garbage, infact apart form the last 30 seconds cammarell did nothing, joshua wasn't even close to being out on his feet.

I started the player again, and watch the second round, a round according to Jake Donovan cammarelle dominated. after watch the second round and seeing cammarelle CLEARLY lose the round, and still given it, I thought ahhh its the british fighter their are saying was robbed. So I check the article again, and no its cammarelle their talking about.

So I watch the rest of the fight and thought, the brit had won it clearly.

Still not understanding where all the shouts of "robbery" came from I decided to rewatch and score the fight myself. So I rewatch it, and score every scoring punch (i.e punches to the target area with the nuckle part of the glove), and not only did I having joshua winning, I had him leading going into the 3rd round and winning the fight by a wide margin.

Even when I watch the fight and try and score it for cammarelle, I still score it for joshua.

I would suggest anybody who thinks cammarelle won that fight, either didn't watch it, didnt score it or is just biased.

P.S. I would love to see how those who thought cammarelle won it, score it, and a list of the punches he landed and when in the round. I have a list if anyone is interested, as I dont state something without backing it up.

Just saw the full fight. No problems here. Joshua had a huge third and outside the late bursts for Cam in 1 & 2, those were close rounds. There wasn't much to complain about here.

Joshua let himself down in the last 30 secs of the first round, he switched off and lost a few points which made the fight a lot closer but overall I think he won clearly by at least 2 or 3 points.

I had the fight even going into the last round and I nearly fell off my seat when I saw the Italian had it by 3 at that point.

take it you didn't watch the light flyweight final? the Chinese boxer didn't even win the semi final let alone final but because its in AIBA's best interests to make countries like China happy no one will complain.
Cammarelle was lucky to get to the stage were he still had a chance of winning by countback. far too many people decided the result before the start of fight which is why they feel the need to claim Cammarelle was "robbed"

I cannot stand ****s who seem to have blinkers on for the British boxers. Yes, there were a few controversial decisions involving British boxers. But nowhere near as many, or as bad, as controversial decisions involving non-Brits.
