Why do people rate Donaire and Martinez above Marquez?

I've been saying this for forever... I think they only do it to promote the new generation in Donaire and Martinez...

Donaire definitely shouldn't be... They should drop him drastically until he gets another knockout or a least a decisive victory

And Martinez? I mean beating Williams by KO and Pavlick is good, but what has he done since than? Even if he beats JCC Jr IMO he should still be behind Marquez but whatev's... At least they're promoting the next gen
