floyd is not a business genius the guy gambles all the time and he's known to spend money unwisely , floyd is a tard when it comes to financial matters , barely 2 years in retirement and the irs was unto him that just shows this guy can go broke quickly

I think many undermine Manny's intellect because he speaks English funny or with an accent. But the truth is he is a very bright individual. Plus has the funds to not only have a promotional team but to buy the Suits to run it.

there are plenty of bilingual people on this board and I doubt few if any stutter and pause like that with their second, third, or even fourth language. Pac is a simp. Legendary fighter and generally all around nice guy, but an absolute simp. You can see it in his eyes even.

A small local/regional one sure. Alone he's not smart enough, we all know that and only certain people can deny that. But something on the scale of like Golden boy? No. Never. Ever. Many wouldnt sign with him because it could potentially be a nightmare with contract disputes. BUT! As they say, a smart person surrounds himself with smarter people. If he can snag a Richard Schaefer type...then you never know.

To put it frankly manny seems to enjoy taking orders way too much to be someone that goes and starts up his own major boxing promotion.

He even fired the accounting firm who he hired because bob arum told him to. Sovereignty isn't something he has in abundance imo.
