A few days ago Dawson was 10lbs off making weight. In other words he's right on track. I think he'll have no ill effects from making weight. Im a big fan of Chad since early in his career. Saw him fight live on a few occasions when he first turned pro. But Andre Dawson is the future.....bank on it!

It's already been mentioned in this thread why he won't.

        "Oakland."

        "Weight drained."

        "Boring."

Is the fight in Oakland, Ward's home town? Yes

Is Dawson going to be weight drained (comes 190+ fight night)? Yes

Nobody here said he was boring, (until now) but is he boring? Yes

We are missing head butts, general rough house tactics and refs favoring him~

Oh snap I just mentioned them good thing I don't buy into them~

I genuinely think it depends how competitive it is. Given Ward's pre-fight advantages, Dawson needs to be competitive for it to be called a good win.

So we are in total agreement why he won't be.

                Good.

Glad I could clear that up.

Is anybody else going to be in the ring with him? No.

You saying he's going to be weight drained is just a convenient excuse if he loses. Right now he's on perfect track to make weight comfortably.

Nobody here said he was boring, (until now) but is he boring? Yes
NNot my favorite to watch, but immensely skilled. Certainly better than the heavyweights out there.

You also forgot, he calls himself "Son of God". That alone probably eliminates him from ever be p4p the best.

I could understand how Ward could be to risque for some people to accept, much like rice cakes might have to much flavor for such people.
