So now if they fight, Mayweather won't get credit???? God this s**t is hilarious.

Floyd and Pac are still two of the best fighters around today. It's still as big as Leonard-Hagler. People forget they weren't in their absolute prime either.

Anyone who denies that purse in boxing is either scared, ****** or Unconscience! This has been insulting to ALL fans and one of the "many" reasons why Boxing is not part of the landscape inside sports reporting.
Everyone is TIRED of this game and weither your a Manny fan or Floyd really has NOTHING to do with anything. Be a BOXING fan first, fighters come and go! Ray Corso
Well spoken as a true boxing fan. I can care less which promoters have the best fighters if they're not going to match them with other good fighters in their prime. I want to see great fights. It's not like the fighters pay us for watching them, to the contrary...WE pay their salaries with the ppv's we purchase. Who cares if 50 starts a promotional company...let's what kind of matches he can make before giving him props. Pac/May...at least 2 years removed from prime, especially given the recent events from both.

[QUOTE=danceswithfire;12411360]why the hell was he the only one who demanded testings then and nobody else did?....did the other pac opponents not see pac climb weighclasses?lol[/QUOUTE

Becasue Mayweather is the only one that can afford to ask for demands, he has proven he will make a bigday no matter who he fights. Do you think they would've have listen to Bradley if he said he wanted testing NO. They would have just fought someone else and Bradley would have missed his biggest pay check. Do you think he was about to let that happen know. Plus everybody PAC fights outside of MARQUEZ has damn near been signed to TOP RANK along with him. I got a question though if PAC is so serious about taking the test, how come he has started doing it with all his opponents to show everybody he's serious and stop just saying it? That would speak volumes if he actually took the random testing but as long as nobody ask everythings fine.

The reality of the situation is that May/Pac won't happen until Arum say's so. And when it does happen, we will all be watching it without a doubt.

while the bold is always the intention of a promotor, i don't believe that 50 cent and his company would be outright opposed to making the pacquiao fight. it wil still command huge dollars, and their careers are coming to a close. it probably doesnt make sense for floyd's next fight, but i've got to think it's got a better chance of happening without the same old TR and GBP bs

there's a good bit of extra money to be generated if the fight can finally be made after all of these years. they milked it to the last drop this time around.

The price of helping a friend get through 60 of his worst days just went from 50 cents to mega millions.
These two are tight and they probably would have formed an alliance eventually but for both men to make the real dough Pac must be placed in the final studio mix.

I for one believe Mr. Jackson could push his pal in the Manny direction to assist in an ultra payday career finale.
After all, cash is what the pair is all about.

The fight will never happen because Floyd is scared to lose as simple as that..

you made a great point about pacman but mayweather looks very vulnerable too, mayweather in his last 2 fights looked as slow as a heavyweight hes getting hit more and really doesnt look like hed be able to survive any type of sustained punishment, pacman does look vulnerable hes definitley on his last leg but Id have to say of the 2 manny is still much fresher ,mayweather wouldnt beat an elite fighter at this time especially a elite pressure figter much less a southpaw.
I say this whole tmt thing is ******, whats 50 cent have left to promote? floyd will always chicken out of a manny fight again he BARRRLEY survived Cotto which was a big surprise to everyone, but it fits perfectley with history, Mayweather truly lost the 1st castillo fight and was awarded a major gift decision, mayweather has no defense for left hands, its been on display against castillo, corley judah delahoya and cotto ,let alone lefthanders FFwd many years and Manny will surley tear that ass up, Cotto had mayweather really fighting for his life with just jabs busted him up very good .
I say make the fight and Manny will surley win, mayweather has proven why hes been ducking manny all these years it was on full display against cotto.

You say Floyd has a problem with lefties, but yet he beat them all. You say Castillo actually won the first fight, ok that can be debated, but Mayweather gave him a rematch 90 days later does that sound like someone thats scared to lose? Since when does a busted nose mean that you got busted up. I think a busted ear drum and swollen eye says that a lot more which Cotto did to PAC.
