fight a "tune-up" (bum), then some top 10-ish contender, then rematch peterson.

There no chance he goes in with a ****er anytime soon , he needs to get his defence up to scratch first

Take a soft touch, then look for either Garcia or Peterson (if he gets a boxing license).

the only big puncher he's fought since his ko loss to prescott was maidana, who he was ducking until the WBA forced him to fight. he was too good for prescott then and probably still thinks he's still too good for him now. we won't see khan in with a puncher for a long time.

i doubt he'll give garcia another go again if given the chance. he looked highly beatable in the morales fight; roach and khan thought they could steamroll him easy.

i'm thinking he goes after peterson or fights morales, and then moves up to fight paulie again at 147 to recycle the hype.

He's better off rematching McClosky or fighting someone else that can't punch.
