Why did Morales never fight Marquez or Hamed?

Morales is one of my favourite fighters and has been involved many great fights and some of my favourite fights.

But why did he never fight any of the two mentioned above? I think he would have beaten Hamed with a Marquez match going either way.

Marquez had already refused Morales' offer...I think Morales didn't think Pacquiao would want to move up to 130, so he offered to fight Marquez after JMM turned down the Pacquiao rematch.
