Dimitry was praising Paulie to the Gods as a potential Hall of Famer.
In truth, I think he will eventually get the nod for that tribute.

Dimitry/Paulie would be a great NY (Italian / Orthodox ***ish) matchup but probably not too interesting for fans outside of NY.
We have Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Howard Beach, & Bayside vs. Borough Park, Williamsburg & Crown Heights - the answer is no, LOL.

Salita is truly a class act boxing figure -he reps his borough and his beliefs in a real classy way and hes great for boxing for brooklynites. I'll go to his local fights whenever possible. As far as boxing is concerned I feel he peaked-out in 2008-2009..he was a bit slower than usual in his past couple, less relevant matches. Malinaggi would out box him. Someone previously said this fight should have happened in 2005...i say true, but it would have been more competitive in 2008 when malinaggi was a bit better. it seems malinaggi took on more than he could chew too early in his career. Now hes a pretty polished boxer - but he still has yet to prove he can take on pressure-type fighters (Cotto, hatton,Khan).
