regardless, Khan has no shot @ being elite now...his eggshell is cracked...too much punishment - Emanuel will do a great job but the inevitable will once again occur when he fights any top guy with heavy hands or a clean-countering ability. He'll get hurt badly again- Sorry Amir...but the writing was on the wall after the Prescott fight. amazing offensive fighter...but so is Linares.

Ha ha. That would be kind of cool, to see Khan trying to fight out of the peek a boo.

I wasn't even thinking about the peek a boo style, rather Rooney's philosophy on head movement. For every punch there is 1-3 movements: Weave in/out or roll-in/out, side-step counter. These are things that Roach hasn't taught Khan or Khan doesn't have the coordination to do it. Rooney would be very a good option. I think big name fighters don't consider him because he damaged his reputation from him being a drunk in the past.

Call me crazy but, I don't think Khan's chin is that bad. I mean its not the greatest, but it isn't too bad. If he ups his defense and box game, he will be alright. Dude has way too much heart for his own good. Khan's has fantastic tools to be elite. I think Emanuel will be great for him. This coming from a khan hater......

That's interesting, never heard that from Kevin Rooney. Where did you see him break things down this way? Just curious.
