Emmanuel Steward can turn him into a mini-Wlad with a greater punch arsenal. So it's not a bad idea.
But to be truly great Khan needs to be good at outfighting AND infighting. Steward won't teach him how to fight well on the inside....FLoyd Sr. would be a better choice. He could teach Amir how to stay in the pocket safely and still deal out damage.
Nacho Beristain would be a good option too.
But no matter who he goes with it will take time to make the transformation. I hope he's patient.Comment

Hire Floyd Sr and you'll end up like Hatton against an elite, kamikaze kissing ring posts or advertising for Rock Star energy drinks unconscious. The problem is, Khan already got KTFO or severely tested by non-elite fighters. Khan being young is the only thing going for him. Khan would be a great fit with Adam Booth. He never will have a spectacular jab or be great defensively in my opinion. He could succeed with a master strategist though, and I'll give Booth credit as that.Comment

khan does seem to have peaked and reached a plateau with Roach, and isnt really improving. He has improved immensely since his precott defeat though with roach must be credited for, but maybe time to move on before its too late.
If he goes with a new trainer it will be sometime before the benefits show, and how long will that take? He may have wasted too much time with Roach already now.Comment
