Hmm. Maybe the number of HBO subscribers is less than 2007. It would explain the bigger number rating, but still amount of fewer viewers.

We'd really have to know the number values from each year. As much as Chavez looked into the ratings, he didn't compile a year end list of all the events which makes it tough to gauge everything.
