I don't know who I would have awarded the win to. It was close. But Ogogo was blocking a lot of shots with his gloves, and landed the more cleaner eye catching shots. I thought the Ukrainian landed at a higher rate, but by amateur standards I don't believe I'd call a lot of them scoring blows.
So you think Khytrov landed more and by amateur standerds, he won, by your account that is

And we all know who you would have given the fight to

      • Don't know what's more of a travesty ? The American team or the judging ?

That Ogo go bout has sent me a bye bye !!!

And I was rooting for the Brit !!!

If I was a neutral judge from Turkmenistan it would be a very difficult fight to score. As a biased Brit, I'd give it to Ogogo. Close fight, probably a draw, have to split it somehow, make the home crowd happy.

Lucky then that there were no British officials involved in the fight.

And what I mean is, Khytrov landed a lot more cuffing blows, but for me Ogogo landed the cleaner shots. Boxing matches are scored on clean effective punches and Ogogo did that better.

"Only home town judges can rob home town fighters". Same thing from all you brits. Because judges from other countries cant be corrupt. So what you're saying is Brit judges are corrupt? Makes sense

And that is not how amateur boxing is scored, please stop posting
