You shouldn't put an asterik next to this fight cuz Beltran worked his ass off at the Wilcard gym for 2 month's and he deserve's all credit for that. Lundy just need's to move up in weight. 18 of his 24 fights have been at 140 so he should just move up and stop killing himself at the scales. 140 is only 5 pound's away, he'll still have his good jab, quick legs, good head movement, and better punch resistance since he's not draining his body trying to make 135.

While DeMarco is a southpaw, he's just a decent fighter - it would almost be like another Ortiz-Mayweather. For now, it's good for fans that there's another can down for the can man.
You must first realize, while he has potential, Broner is not Floyd. Floyd was way more polished at Broners age and Floyd was fed to the wolves young, constantly taking on bigger foes until he was proven.. While Broner may act like floyd, the way he is being brought up is totally opposite.. just look at his record carefully, nothing but smaller foes for the most part, he's being babied.. we've seen this storyline again and again and it usually doesn't end well... Lundy would give Broner a problem at 135 I dont think Broner is as big a puncher as they are making him out to be, he just hasn't fought anyone yet.. I could just as easily see broner looking the same way lundy looked tonight once hes in with a real puncher, average!

I agree and I am not trying to belittle Beltran's achievement. I was just setting myself up for a Lundy, Broner show down and now...?

DeMarco-Mayweather-Ortiz- what the *** are you talking about??? Listen. DeMarco is a decent southpaw fighter, just like Ponce de Leon is, the only difference is DeMarco fight's at 135 and Ponce fight's at 126. Do you understand now???

HA HA. I see that you think that Ponce and DeMarco are one the same level. Time will tell.

demarco and ponce fight nothing alike. thats like comparing two orthodox fighters with different styles. it doesnt make sense. anyways, broner wouldnt need a judges decision to beat demarco. he just isnt that good. at all. not even ponce level good. hes ok. thats it.

Stop confusing Broner with Floyd spoon.. he didn't exactly spank Ponce.. who was what? A C+ level fighter at best at that point? Look, I'm not so high on Demarco myself but I think he can take Broner's punches.. the question is.. how will Broner react to that? Someone who can take his punches and will hit him back just as hard.. that's ytbd..

Wait a minute. Are you saying that Ponce de Leon would beat Antonio DeMarco in a boxing match??? If not let me ask you this......... Who would have a better chance of beating Adrian Broner. Daniel Ponce de Leon or Antonio DeMarco????
