The problem with your little scenario is that Haye fought the same way against Fraudly for 2-1/2 rounds. That was until he figured out that he truly was a bum that was looking for a soft place to take a nap. And Haye also fought the same way against Valuev. However, Haye did have his fake broken hand to contend with in the Valuev fight. And if Haye fights Vitali as he did Chiosra I believe it really makes it an easier fight for Vitali.

Haye will want something unreasonable like a 50/50 split.

Haye has ducked the Klitschko's many times, faking an injury in 2009. Making a whole bunch of excuses, fighting Valuev instead, fight Chisora.

Vitali actually destroyed a very good fighter in Adamek before the Chisora fight and made it look easy.

He soundly beat a pressure fighter in Chisora w/o the use of his jab, which is pretty impressive as well.

So this idea that Vitali is old and decrepit sounds like a lot of wishful thinking from Haye fans.
