Doesn't matter. Manny drew with JMM at 126.
You said floyd's retirement was fake. If so, then he should have never lost his p4p #1 spot since he didn't retire.

In 3 fights Manny has yet to "BEAT" Jmm
in the 1st fight he floored him 3 damn times and got a draw meaning he was outboxed badley
in the 2nd fight(which many think jmm won)he floored him and still got a split decision
in the 3rd fight(most think he lost)
so kill that noiseComment

LMAO! It was fake because he left in the welterweight division when it was too hot to handle (young prime Cotto, young prime Margarito and younger prime Mosley). You can't keep your p4p title by watching your enemies killing one another and when the dust settles down, you pop from nowhere claiming you are the best. Use your commons sense bro.If the retirement was fake, as you say, then that means floyd should never have lost his spot atop the p4p rankings because he never really retired right? Inactivity is not a rreason to lose your spot.
On the other hand, if it was real, he came back and fought the #2 p4p fighter, JMM, and beat him more decisively than Manny had. I think any fighter that returns from retirement and beats the 2nd best fighter in the world earns the right to be #1.
SInce floyd has been atop the p4p rankings, manny has lost twice, once questionably, had a draw , and got what many say is a gift decision vs JMM.
That is a strong argument for floyd being #1.Last edited by whirlwind; 07-26-2012, 10:53 AM.Comment

WOW! That was an E bltch slap if i ever saw one....:qqq: Nice one!Floyd 2008-2012
past prime Cotto
sucker punched Ortiz
past prime Mosley
weight cheated Marquez
Pacquiao 2008-2012
Pac beat Bradley in one sided but got robbed
Pac beat Marquez fairly, no weight cheating, fight can go either way
past prime Mosley
17 lbs weight advantage Margarito
one sided decision prime Clottey
tko12 prime Cotto
tko Hatton in rd2 and retired him for good
made him quit and retired Oscar for good
Diaz
beat the younger prime Marquez in a close fight
How do you justify that?Comment

He didn't leave the division, according to you. You said floyd didn't retire. If he didn't retire then he didn't lose his p4p #1 spot. That is common sense.Comment
Yeah, right. He took a guy lightly who he already had 2 really tough fights with? :jerk: What a lame excuse.
