    you know i'm for it

get them off the stool, dont let them work on cuts, same as always

then they stand in the corner for an extra six or seven seconds.

it's six or seven damn seconds. let's get a grip

if you want to have boxing on network TV you're going to have to play ball. as of right now they are simply not showing the first few seconds of the round. i'd rather have them extend the time in between than to miss somebody getting flattened by the first punch of the round.

As a boxing fan I hate this idea. 7 seconds times is 84 secs extra. Some of us are busy and time is money.

Why couldn't they just put the fight on delay and inject 7 additional secs per commercial break?
So nothing changes to the actual fight, still 60s breaks.

If a fighter gets dropped before the bell and is on ***** st then 7 extra seconds could change a fight. I don't like it.

As Thomas Hauser said, they play the full game of soccer world cup with no ad breaks and the TV stations put up with it so this should be no different.

I don't know who Hauser is but is he aware that the World Cup happens once every four years and is watched by pretty much every nation on earth simultaneously? Not something that the fight night series can claim! It's a ridiculous comparison.

More rule changes to support sponsors yet boxing is still not on national tv in the USA.

Really! leave it as it is!!!!
